This is the most comprehensive Customer care support plan for your system, 24 hours 7 days a week
service, and components. A complete all inclusive coverage package.

System Only

This customer care plan covers system and components ,monthly maintenance, normal business hours,
and after hours technical support is available.

Remote System

Customer care remote support plan is designed for the service providers that have well established
support organizations and effective internal resources in place. This system support plan covers systems
and components during normal business hours; your technical staff can reach our TAC center for
assistance with application/operational issues.

GCC Communications offers a contractual programs for system support, designed for your
organization requiring the highest level of service and support to help keep operations at its optimal
